GeauxPass holders can pay missed toll online<ref>[https://www.geauxpass.com/olcsc/ pay missed toll online]</ref> or call at 1-866-662-8987 for details.
Those without GeauxPass are advised to follow the instruction in the invoice. You can send toll violation payment to the following address:<br/>GeauxPass<br/>P.O. Box 786<br/>Golden Meadow<br/>LA 70357-0786<br/>

To dispute the toll violation, you must submit an applicatoin in writing to the address on the violation notice.
Drivers who do not pay missed tolls will be flagged in the system. Misclassification of any vehicle or underpaying any toll will also result in a violation of the system and could invite additional applicable service fee(s).
